These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website businessreviewcards.co.nz and any purchase made through it. The website is operated by Thrive Local NZ Ltd, a New Zealand registered company. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Our Products
We sell pre-programmed NFC Google Review Cards. Each card is physically programmed by us with your Google review link and locked before shipping. The card is a physical product shipped to your nominated New Zealand address.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST exclusive. GST at 15% is added at checkout. A GST receipt is provided by Thrive Local NZ Ltd with every order.
3. Ordering — Customer Responsibilities
To fulfil your order, we require accurate information from you at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing:
- Your correct Google Maps business URL
- Your correct business name
- Your correct delivery address
- Your correct contact details
4. Google Business Profile Requirement
Our NFC cards are programmed to link directly to your Google Business Profile review page. You must have an active and verified Google Business Profile before ordering. If you do not have one, your card cannot be programmed.
We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from an unverified, suspended, or missing Google Business Profile. If you are unsure, visit business.google.com to set up your profile before ordering.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once payment is received, we will contact you if any details are unclear. Orders are programmed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving all required customer information.
6. Shipping
We ship to all New Zealand addresses. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.99 NZD per order. Postage costs are non-refundable under any circumstances once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to NZ Post or courier service delays outside our control. We are not liable for late deliveries caused by third-party carriers.

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, and design is the property of Thrive Local NZ Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission. Google, Google Maps, and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Google LLC.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Thrive Local NZ Ltd's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.
We do not guarantee any specific number of Google reviews, increase in business ratings, or business outcomes as a result of using our products.
10. Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are purchasing our products for business use, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are posted on this website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
